SPECIES
Engineered Humans (aka Engines) - Closest to actual Humans. They have either had alterations to their DNA and/or splicing of it with that of different species. Aside from overall structure and skin tones, they can look a bit different than Humans. Eyes, hair, skin texture and nails may all be different depending on their engineering. Some have extra abilities ranging from perfect night vision to being able to jump 100 feet, all based on what they were spliced with. They are the most common of all species.
Loriens - The rarest of the species. Humanoid in many ways, they have very different features and abilities. Their skin is much tougher, like a soft strong leather, and can range in color as it is changeable at will. Their hair is more like tentacles or tubes made up of thick coarse follicles that contain a bioluminescense which makes it glow, also able to change in color and intensity. Their eyes always glow and, as expected, can change color. Size and stature are much larger than a regular Human, and they are far stronger and faster, but most other features remain similar. Being the most cunning of the species, they can make up for any lack of physicality they give up to others. Genesis meant for them to be the “Pretty” of the species, and they are, but they turned out to be far more independent and creative than intended.
Phages – When Loriens didn't go quite as hoped, Genesis pushed on to correct their mistakes and gave up vanity for more function. Humanoid in basic structure only, they evolve depending on their habitat, becoming strongly suited for that environment. If they are on Winterborne, they can grow extra long hair/fur to protect themselves. If on are on New Angeles, they can learn to camouflage themselves into their surroundings to stay hidden as needed. It is different with each environment they put themselves in and their mutations depend on need. While not the most attractive, they are extremely diverse in skin color, skin texture, hair, eyes and build.
**All species may be any gender of the following: Male, Female or Hermaphrodite.**
